About Oasis Broom
When we were growing up, our father, Dr. Norman G. Johnson, was a Minister of Music in local churches. In the summer, he would organize and lead tours of high school choral and handbell choirs around the world. On each trip, Dad would include a committee that handled lunches and clean up called "Oasis Broom". Every traveler was assigned to Oasis Broom as a way to learn how to serve each other. These trips (and many other family adventures like them) have inspired our desire to share our love of travel.

About Our Logo
The logo for Oasis Broom was intentionally designed with meaning. The red color represents where we're from and the circular shape reflects the globe and the world around us. The GPS symbol is a destination yet to be determined and to visually remind us to do our research so we can make sure we know where we are going. Finally, the the two brooms stand in for the brother and sister who run this travel blog and aspire to share their tips and experiences with others who seek expedition.
